I love cleanness very much, but even my home is not so clean as Paolo’s) Cleanness is like in a very good 5 star hotel.

U have everything to cook in and u dont need to spend ur time to wash the dish, because u have a dishwasher inside.

The place is quite. Riva del Garda is amazing place to stay. I was shocked by its picturesque views of high mountains and wide lake. The appartment was very modern and it had everything you need to cook, there was a free parking right next to the appartment which is a big plus!

The appartment is located next to a church so you hear the bell ring quite loudly in the morning.

The property location is at the walking distance from the town "center" but still in a very quiet neighborhood. There is free parking 15m from the property. The apartment is cosy and very clean. It's fully equipped with all one might need including an expresso machine with free coffee. It takes 3min by bicycle to get to the closest grocery shop and 3min to the lake and all the shops and restaurants. Stefano and his brother are super friendly and full of tips about how to spend active time in the area. The easiest way to ask questions or to align on where to get keys at arrival is to text Stefano on SMS or Whatsapp.

“A brand new apartment with all possible amenities where you will feel as at your own home (plus holiday bonus of course!). Everything looks almost untouched. We stayed here with 6 months old guy, and everything was just perfect (even the stairs to the apartment were ok, do not be afraid!). Beautiful view from balcony big enough to take your sun bath, drink your beverages and dry your washed clothes in one time .) Free parking (you can see your car from balcony too :) ) With the stroller - 10 min to the historical centre, 15 minutes to the super clean beaches. Recommended very highly! Superhost! Wie alle Gäste vor uns, kann auch ich nur bestätigen, dass die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Paolo ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber und man kann sich bei Fragen gern an ihn wenden - er kümmert sich wirklich sehr gut um seine Gäste. Das Appartement ist neu, wirkt sehr gepflegt, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Sehr schön fand ich auch die Prospekte, die ausliegen. Alles rund ums Klettern, Biken, Wandern und Ausflügen findet ihr in kleinen Heften.

Natürlich liegt das Haus nicht im Zentrum, aber ganz ehrlich: dort hat man keinen Straßenlärm und kann gemütlich auf der Terrasse frühstücken und ein kleiner Spaziergang tut immer gut : )

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Paolo is a wonderful host and you are welcome to contact him if you have any questions - he really cares about his guests.  The apartment is new, looks very well maintained, is lovingly furnished and is equipped with everything you need.

I also found the brochures that are lying out very nice.  Everything about climbing, biking, hiking and excursions can be found in small booklets.

Of course, the house is not in the center, but honestly: there is no street noise and can have breakfast on the terrace and a small walk is always good:)

 “Eine wunderschöne, ganz neue Wohnung mit einer perfekten Ausstattung. Es fehlt an nichts. Ein toller Balkon mit Liegestühlen und genug Platz für ein tolles Frühstück. Eine große Wohnküche mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Die Wohnung hat eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, einen großen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür,... das Stadtzentrum ist in Laufnähe. Meiner Freundin und mir hat es sehr gut gefallen und die Wohnung ist für den nächsten Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall unsere erste Adresse.”
