Sauber, vollständig ausgerüstet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zentral in Riva aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Paolo ist ein ausgesprochen aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, er antwortet super schnell und kümmert sich um alles. Wir werden die Woche nie vergessen - und gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder mal an den See wollen. Paolo, danke für alles!”

Paolo is the perfect host - very communicative , very quick in responding , willing to give all the information and help you may need . The apartement is just perfect - in quite a central position (just a quick 5 minutes walk and you are in the center) , equiped with all the amenities you want , with a modern yet hommie design . We really enjoyed this trip to the maximum and this also because of Paolo and his apartement. Looking forward to get back.

We had 3 nights in Paolo’s apartment and what a fantastic place. It’s all new and a with a very nice decor. Paolo was a great host - and was always fast to answer any questions we might have. We were in the area because of climbing - and Paolo is an expert in that field, and he had a lot of good suggestions to what we could do. The apartment is very easy to find, and is located about 1 km from the beach in an area with very good connections if you wanna explore the surroundings by car. We can really recommend this place - and I’m sure we will come back!

Eine sehr schöne renovierte Wohnung für kleine Familien. Altstadt, Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Alles sah wie auf den Bildern aus.
EN - A very nice renovated apartment for small families. Old town, harbor, shops and beach are within walking distance. Everything looked like the pictures.
IT - Un grazioso appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, per piccole famiglie. Centro storico, porto, negozi e spiaggia sono raggiungibili a piedi. Tutto era come presentato nelle immagini.

Paolo and his appartement are absolutely high class! Our stay was really nice, the appartement is very nice and has a lot of space and anything you need. The location is near to the city centre, approx. 5/8 minutes by foot. Paolo was so friendly and helpful, we were and are extremly satisfied how he introduced us in anything and his tips and communication. All in all we can only highly recommend it :)
DE - Paolo und sein Appartement sind absolut hochwertig! Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat viel Platz und alles, was Sie brauchen. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. 5/8 Minuten zu Fuß. Paolo war so freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir waren und sind extrem zufrieden, wie er uns in alles und in seine Tipps und seine Kommunikation eingeführt hat. Alles in allem können wir es nur wärmstens empfehlen :)
IT - Paolo e il suo appartamento sono assolutamente di alta classe! Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero bello, l'appartamento è molto carino, ha molto spazio e tutto il necessario. La posizione è vicina al centro città, ca. 5/8 minuti a piedi. Paolo era davvero gentile e disponibile, eravamo e siamo estremamente soddisfatti di come ci ha supportati in qualsiasi cosa, i suoi consigli e la comunicazione. Tutto sommato non possiamo solo che raccomandarlo caldamente :)

Everything was perfect, there is everything what you need for a stay. There was a lot of kitchen utensils. Aparment was beautiful and homey. Lidl and few restaurants near the house, and just a 10 min walk to the centrum. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend :-) Thank you Paolo!
EN - Alles war perfekt, es gibt alles was Sie für einen Aufenthalt brauchen. Es gab viele Küchenutensilien. Aparment war wunderschön und gemütlich. Lidl und einige Restaurants in der Nähe des Hauses, und nur 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und empfehlen :-) Danke Paolo!
IT - Tutto era perfetto, c'è tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per una bella vacanza. Cucina molto completa. L'appartamento era bello e accogliente. Supermercati e ristoranti sono vicini alla casa e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno e lo consiglio :-) Grazie Paolo!

Sowohl die Wohnung, als auch die Lage sowie der Gastgeber sind sehr zu empfehlen! Ruhige Lage, schöne Einrichtung, modernes Bad - was will man mehr? Paolo ist stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und ein sehr guter Gastgeber! Gerne wieder.
ENG - Both the apartment, as well as the location and the host are highly recommended! Quiet location, nice decor, modern bathroom - what more could you ask for? Paolo is always with words and deeds to the side and a very good host! Gladly again.
IT - Sia l'appartamento, come la posizione e l'Host sono altamente raccomandati! Posizione tranquilla, arredamento piacevole, bagno moderno - cosa si può chiedere di più? Paolo è sempre stato concreto e presente, con consigli utili; è un ottimo Host! Ritorneremo con molto piacere.
